Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
• To initiate a return, email us at velorejewellery@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges:

• Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
